Egg Salad Recipe

Egg Salad

Servings: 8    

Cook time: 20 mins.    

Prep time: 5 mins.

Ingredients:

12 Eggs

1 cup Mayonaise

1 Tbs. Dill Pickle Juice

1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Salt

Pinch of Ground Pepper

Instructions:

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add the eggs and cook for 10 mins. Remove from the heat and rinse with cold water for a few minutes. Peel and cut up the eggs in a bowl. Mix in Mayo, Pickle Juice, Mustard, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.

Serve with bread, pickles, or enjoy by itself!
